Our White Oak Bubbly has been a popular wine from the beginning, with its creamy, off-dry bubbles, light, toasty oak notes, and stone fruit aromas. This year’s version also expresses additional bell pepper notes that contrasts the oak beautifully. Pair with grilled chicken or vegetables, white fish, or goat cheese.
