Charmat Method Rosé Wine

Our Rosé Bubbly is made in the Charmat Method, where it underwent a secondary yeast fermentation in a pressure tank. The result is a complex wine with toasty notes from the yeast alongside strawberry and cherry notes from the base wine. Enjoy it on a summer day with barbecued meats.
Serve well chilled. Enjoy responsibly.
Blend: 30% Frontenac Gris, 27% Marquette, 25% Frontenac, 11% Itasca, 7% La Crescent
12.5% Alcohol by Volume
Residual Sugar: 12g/L
