NV Brut Rosé

We crafted the Brut Rosé from a blend of white and red grape varieties, to make a flavorful rosé which we bottle-fermented and aged for 14 months. The wine expresses notes of red currant, raspberry, and toasty croissant, with a dry, savory finish. Pair with sausage, wild game, roasted root vegetables, or a bloomy-rind brie.

Blend: 48% Marquette, 16% Frontenac Gris, 15% Frontenac, 13% La Crescent, 8% Itasca
% Alcohol: 12.5%
