2025 Pét-Nat of Rosé

Pétillant-Naturel Wine

2025 Pét-Nat of Rosé

Our 2025 Pét-Nat Rosé is made from the juice of lightly pressed Frontenac and Frontenac Gris grapes. It expresses juicy red fruit notes with a mouthwatering, dry finish.
Sediments in the bottle are natural and expected. Chill well before serving.

Pétillant naturel, or Pét-Nat, is an ancient method of making sparkling wine where the wine is bottled early, before it has finished its first fermentation. Once bottled, the fermentation continues until very little natural sugar remains, creating a sparkling, unfiltered, dry but fruity wine with crisp acidity. Its aromas are reminiscent of harvest-time when fresh juice is squeezed from the grapes as the leaves fall and cooler air settles in.

Blend: 60% Frontenac Gris, 40% Frontenac

On the label: The Luna Moth. Catching a glimpse of a luna moth is a rare, magical event. Their spectacular, large, green wings are like a work of art. Living for only about one week once they've emerged from their cocoon, luna moths can teach us to appreciate the fleeting nature of life and to not take for granted our precious time on earth.
