2024 Itasca Pét-Nat "Les Bulles Nordiques"

Les Bulles Nordiques, or “Northern Bubbles” was sourced from vineyards in Prescott, WI and Prior Lake, MN. This year's Pét-Nat captures the essence of the Itasca grape. Following the ancestral method, we bottle the wine while fermentation is still active, preserving the natural vibrancy of fresh-pressed juice. Unfiltered and minimally processed, this effervescent wine expresses bright citrus notes of grapefruit, aromatic lemongrass, and herbs.
